ELECTRICITY
To safe our energy, as we try the economic way, we ask you to close lights and air-conditioning/fan when you go out.

CLEANLINESS
To keep our place clean, we not use outdoor shoes inside the home. It’s an Egyptian habit, we’ll hope you respect. As most of you use the beach, we ask you kindly to clean your slippers at the entrance of the main gate. We do our best to have the stairways dust and sand free. However as we know many sandstorms in Hurghada beach side, we cannot prevent that sometimes you will find a white sandy dust in it. This fine sand will also enter your apartment easily. In that case we advise you to close the windows.

GARBAGE
We don’t have split garbage gatherings as you might be used to. In the area, close to the supermarkets or at the corners of the street, you see red containers, in which you can put your garbage. If you have remains of food, you can put in the under-construction buildings. Stray cats and dogs will be very happy with it.

SILENCE HOURS
As most of you come for activities like kiting, diving, or other, we need to take care of our resting hours. Between 10 PM and 6 AM, please try to respect the night rest of others.

TRANSFER
The cheapest way to travel in Egypt is the microbus, also called Yalla bus. Average price is 4 pounds per ride. And they will stop where you make a stop sign. There are no specific bus stops. Ask other passengers when you need to step out. There will be always kind people around, who speak foreign languages.
There are many orange taxis around. They bring you wherever you want.
However negotiating with them cost time and frustration about pricing. As they see you are not from here, they want to charge you much for it. Be careful with it. A ride to Dahar Square will cost you 20-25 pounds. To Sheraton it is 80-100 pounds. Avoid payment in EUR or Dollar. Best is to have small money with you, as most drivers will not have change money, so you pay in the end more. In Hurghada we have two Apps for transfer: InDriver and Uber. You have a fixed price with these companies. It will safe you cost. 
Bigger busses drive between the cities, and they do have bus stations. Go-bus and High Jet are most recommended. Ask us to book your ticket online, if you want to see another town.

EXCURSIONS
If you visit Hurghada for the first time, we will show you as service around in the highlights of our city. The trip includes the fish market, Mina Mosque, New Marina and Sheraton, the most touristic area with lot of shops, night clubs and restaurants. The trip is between 4 and 8 PM on your second day. We close the event with a drink or dinner together according your budget. After you know the city, you can probably find your way, if not, we will join and help you anytime. Just ask.
As we have an own travel agency. Sea trips starts directly from the harbor at New Da Vinci Beach. Further you can join desert trips and city trips. Note that we need to receive your request before 6 PM for a next day tour. Our kite surf school is available in Fayrouz and El Gouna: www.kitepro.fun
